The reporting arena of health agencies is a complicated one indeed.  Particularly if you have not only OMRDD services but also clinical services offered at your facility.  The more varied your funding sources, the more challenging your reporting requirements become.

CMS takes these reporting challenges in stride.  CMS carries with it a wide range of reporting functionality and it can be customized to produce almost any type of report you can envision.  One example of CMS's reporting abilities that may resonate particularly well with you is:  CMS can generate the entire RS2 schedule automatically.

If you've worked with the RS2 schedule in the past, then there's a very good chance you're smiling right now.  We've listed a few more examples of reports that CMS can provide below.  As you read through, please keep in mind that almost any type of report can be created for this system.

Some general examples are:

Employee Performance Reports for Therapists, Teachers, Community Resource Specialists (Day Hab/Res Hab/Waiver Respite), and Service Coordinators.

Program and Service Membership Reports.

Client Attendance Summary Reports.

Thresholds, Partial Paid Thresholds, Fully Paid Thresholds.

Some more specific examples are:

CFR-1 Line 10-13:  Certified Capacity, Actual Capacity, Actual Days Program Site Open, Units of service.

CFR-4, 4a:  All of this data is comprised by the allocations from CMS.  CMS keeps track of who is in what department (via master schedule) and what percentage of time they are spending in said department.

DMH-1, Line 4:  Units of Service

DMH-3, Line 4-5, 10-11:  Total persons served a month, a year, units of service.

SED-1:  Entire schedule - these statistics come from classroom FTEs, and classroom ratios.

SED-4:  The entire schedule comes from CMS.  This report contains the statistics of all Related Service therapies as well as the Preschool therapies.

AHCF-1

Exhibit I  - General Statistical Information the whole section with the exception of G. Funded Depreciation comes from CMS (thresholds vs visits, private insurance vs Medicaid)

Exhibit IV  - FTE's of therapists.  Actual FTE's do not come from CMS but the actual percentages of where they are allocated do.

These are just some of the report types that CMS can provide for your agency.  If there's a specific type of report you're interested in, please don't hesitate to ask us about it.

We look forward to working with you.
