How long will it take?

This depends on many factors and is different for every job.  We are committed to completing your project as quickly as possible. At the job’s start, we’ll provide you with a timeline so that you’ll know what we’re working on every step of the way.

How much will it cost?

Every solution is unique and so the price depends largely on your project goals.  Once we have the opportunity to discuss your project, we can provide you with the cost for constructing your system.

Our proprietary medical data system (CMS) does have fixed starting ranges depending on the modules you wish to purchase. You must contact SDF directly to receive this pricing information.

What if I need to make changes during the design process?

Changes can be made to your solution up to and after its completion.  If your goals for your software have changed, all you have to do is tell us.

At the start of the project, we spend time working with you to determine what capabilities your software should have.  This helps to keep changes to a minimum after the development of the software has started.

Changes that do come up after development has started are usually small enough that the delivery date and price are unaffected.  However, a larger change may affect the delivery date and price.

Future changes/additions can be made after your system is delivered.  This is a big advantage to choosing SDF as our solutions can be changed to keep in step with the changing needs of your organization.  Most software on the market today does not have this capability.

Do you install the software once it's completed?

Yes.  After your software system is completed, we will come to your organization for installation.  We'll make certain that your software is correctly installed and working as expected.

Future changes to your system can generally be delivered remotely.

Do you offer web enabled systems?

Yes.  A use for this would be giving your customers the ability to access their information and make changes (phone numbers, address, preferred method of payment, etc) via the Internet.

SDF has a unique advantage in web enabling your system.  Our web division, LocalWebs.com, assists us by creating aesthetically pleasing graphical interfaces for use with your web enabled system.

So not only is your system effectively web enabled, it’s easy to use and looks sharp too.
